Guest guest
Curcumin has so many good benefits. I drink a tumeric tea by dissolving 2 capsules of Tumeric (of which Curcumin is the major component) in a cup of boiled water. I then add 6 drops stevia, a squirt of lime juice, and my Vit D drops to that. I drink it every day and really like it. Guest guest
Baking soda helps create an alkaline high ph system in which dis-ease can't live, grow and multiply. There are many ways of creating and alkaline system, ie: water and other foods. Use ph strips to test every morning and night to see where you are how you are progressing. I have to say that there is an unbelievable amount of great advise on this board and I have learned so very much. To those that are in know, I ask you, please explain things, give contraindications and ways of achieving results up front. So much information is just thrown out there that its difficult to make sense of it sometimes and takes 10 emails to get to the facts of how to use something, how much to take, for how long, what you can take it with and what not, and what may enhance the benefits. As an example, someone was talking about fasting the other day for weight loss and going into ketosis. While that's absolutely true, there are people that simply can not and should not be fasting, ie: hypoglycemics and diabetics who could potentially do great damage to themselves doing it. People need to know the potential side effects and danger of certain things, others aren't good at researching, while some are just so desperate they will take a chance. Love you guys! Guest guest
You are confusing discussion with teaching. It is foolish to think that participants on a discussion list are experts. You get ideas here, and hash them out a bit, but if you're going need expertise, buy a book or two on the subject. That would be research. Follow-up on leads are up to you. This place is just a starting point, not a guru source. We just point out possible directions, ideas, experiences. The responsibility part is yours... Me...I just like to use taglines. Chuck Statistically speaking, I am just a standard deviate. Was watching Stossels show last night, and he had a guy on who had written a book about so-called 'Experts', and his analysis of lots of statistics proved that 'the experts' are almost always *wrong*. His suggestion? Use your own noggin, use the internet to research things, and make up your *own* mind about things. Excellent advice. Guest guest
Hi , The health benefit of alkaline water is due to its content of alkaline minerals. The studies that were done on humans using alkaline water and hard water were done primarily with natural had water sources, which are low in sodium. Of the alkaline minerals, sodium is already in excess in most people, so alkaline minerals other than sodium are the most important. Of these, magnesium and potassium are the macrominerals that are most likely deficient in a person. Bicarbonate of soda contributes sodium, and also carbon, which is very acidifying and has to be breathed out immediately to keep blood pH within a narrow range. Salt loading combined with low potassium can cause muscle wasting and heart attack, a disorder called rhabdomyolysis. Several people on my groups had to stop using high-salt therapy variants due to ill health effects with the approach. I use " No-salt " from the store because it contains only potassium salts and no sodium, and I make and use " magnesium oil " , which is a saturated solution of sea minerals minus the sodium salts. Nigari and Zechstein minerals are primarily magnesium chloride. For trace minerals I use fulvic/humic acids or Black Indian Shilajit, which is a specific kind of natural fulvic/humic mineral. I don't drink alkalised or distilled water. My health and fitness level is mid-30's but I easily keep up to the 20-somethings on brutal karst hikes at 56. For details on the role minerals play in cells, lymph, and the extracellular matrix, see the brilliant Electrical Properties of Cancer Cells by Dr. Haltiwanger: http://royalrife.com/haltiwanger.html all good, Duncan > > how much bicarb do you put in a 32 oz bottle of water to make it alkaline please. what are the health benefits of alkaline water > > > From: Duncan Crow <duncancrow@...> > Coconut Oil > Sent: Saturday, September 17, 2011 10:21 AM > Subject: Re: Curcumin for Cancer > > >  > Dr. Simoncini uses intravenous bicarb in his cancer treatment though because oral bicarb doesn't kill cancer. > > all good, > > Duncan >
