Where can I get it and does it need anything to go with it to make it work

optimally? Sylvia

Hi Sylvia; You might want to read up on hyaluronic acid, type II collagen, and

cetyl-myristoleate. At Last Collastin, an ebook that deals with

cetyl-myristoleate, is on my website here:

http://members.shaw.ca/duncancrow/at_last_collastin.pdf

Vitamin C crosslinks collagen fibers to form the basis of cartilage and bone. A

varied diet, vitamin supplements of course, and also an HGH enhancer are also

very useful; optimal recovery in an adult would involve inducing more youthful

HGH values in addition to providing adequate nutrients and water.

all good,

Duncan
