CSESC provides services offering professional development, technical assistance, product development, and information dissemination. These services are designed to assist educators and families develop and deliver specially designed instruction that promotes involvement and fosters progress in the general curriculum. CSESC assists districts in complying with federal and state laws to ensure children and youth with disabilities fully participate in the school community.

This center also provides a lending library with books, tapes and various multimedia.
