Guest guest
Duncan, I do agree that this type of ghost writing is unsavory and it does not show Dr. Mercola in a very good light. I find myself doing quite a bit of discernment where his site is concerned. I take some and leave the rest. He has been very vocal about vaccine and fluoride dangers, which are two subjects I'm quite passionate about, and so I appreciate his wide circulation in that regard. The whey article was a bit of a disappointment to me, but as a long-time whey enthusiast, I just kept doing what I've been doing, confident in my own personal experiences and amazing results I have seen with whey. Having said that, you did tell Taffy yesterday regarding Dee, " I'm done with her. " And yet, you couldn't resist dunking her ponytails in the inkwell 3 different times in your post, mocking her and egging her on. I'm sure Dee is not going to take you up on your invitation to respond, since she certainly must have also read your post to Taffy yesterday and believed you were sincere. I think it was a very good decision on your part, and I that it will make it much more civil on the list. Those types of discussions are far more pleasant. One of the measures of protein, biological value (BV), shows whey protein has the highest biological value, and alkaline food charts show whey is in fact slightly alkalizing. That aside, trash writer also compares a highly purified nutraceutical to a balanced meal, saying the purified whey is now nutritionally incomplete. Mercola's flock has been caught at this trash writing and Mercola unfortunately put his name to it. He should be investigated for fraud and misrepresentation along with the rest, yet many people still take the trash writing at face value solely because it's on the Mercola site, Dee included > > Dee, I invite your response. Guest guest
Actually, I think an affair is going on. These two fight more than a married couple... Chuck In Vegas, I got into a long argument with the man at the roulette wheel over what I considered to be an odd number. Guest guest
Mercola reminds me of the old Enquirer and Globe Magazines... Written to be sensational and to scare you into buying his products. Most of these sites tend to go that way sooner or later, money becomes more important than principles. Such a shame. So you might check out these sites. http://www.jonbarron.org/ http://www.naturalnews.com/ The first, as far as writing goes is the better of the two and the articles tend to be more on deep info and less of selling things, but they both have " stores " . laura c ________________________________ From: cathylynn2 <cathybuckley@...> Coconut Oil Sent: Tue, August 9, 2011 9:15:58 PM Subject: Re: Re: Mercola and alt medicine / was: One World Whey Duncan, I do agree that this type of ghost writing is unsavory and it does not show Dr. Mercola in a very good light.
