Interesting and fun article . Fortunately Winn Dixie (a regular

supermarket, not a health food store) now sells their own organic tomato ketchup

with no corn syrup or msg. I wouldn't eat my grass-fed burgers or oven baked

sweet potato " fries " without it. Yummm. They also have an organic mustard. The

times they are a changin'.
