Guest guest
If you mean So Delicious Coconut Milk, I do use this brand and like it very much. It comes in 3 different versions with increasing amounts of sweetener. I buy the no sugar, 50 calorie kind at Wallmart. This is coconut milk, not a combination of soy and coconut. Soy is not recommended for those with thyroid issues and unless it is fermented it's not really recommended for anyone: http://www.optimumchoices.com/Soy.htm I love to mix the coconut milk 1/2 and 1/2 with greek yogurt, 1/2 frozen banana, plus a few frozen strawberries and blueberries plus whey protein concentrate. Yummy! Best, Dee > > Does anyone drink this brand just wondering . >
Guest guest
oops I meant silk coconut milk. Also Lakewood Organic coconut blend. I mix them half and half, Just wondering if they are as beneficial as coconut oil . I have rh arthritis and i think i am getting lupus because of my drugs. I read on Earth Clinic to drink water mixed with baking soda for lupus. I have not been diligent about taking it. I wonder if anyone here has any success with taking alternative holistics methods with these diseases. Thank you for answering, Dolores.
