Hi Sunny,

I've been using the Gold Label Virgin Coconut oil from Tropical Traditions

for many years and I feel it is best IMO. I know it is not smooth but when

it melts it is very smooth and the taste can't be beat. I love cooking

with it as the food tastes so good.
