Hi Alobar; indications are that metabolic enzymes work at a lower dose than we'd

expect, and though a lot of people take 6-8 caps a day, most improve on less.

I think splitting the doses up during the day is better than all at once. What I

would do is 2 **OR** 3 doses depending on how often my stomach was empty, and

not worry about it because 2 doses are probably enough
