Guest guest
Hmmm...this banana peel thing rings a bell but first... I have seen a terrific case of poison ivy cleared very fast on an employee of mine by using nothing but DMSO; it simply breaks up the oils that cause the reaction. I am non-reactive myself to poison ivy as are my wife and all our kids. Yes, that's right, not everybody gets it. Several years ago I had an employee to track a very harsh asphaltic based roof paint onto a very expensive carpet. I called a well regarded carpet cleaning biz that was part of a major franchise chain. He took one look at it, said " Banana oil " , went to his truck and got it, poured some on the stains and by the time he got his vacuum rig going the paint was dissolved and came right out with no problem. And the building then reeked of bananas! I've never heard of using banana peels this way and have got to remember it. DB
