With no other dietary changes, in order to burn 3 tbsp daily most people will need to expend more energy. Carbohydrates are metabolic suppressors that push metabolism and growth factors low and storage high, so carb loading should be reduced as well. Can you give up a serving of carbohydrate foods per day to account for the oil serving? Also, being sedentary is not an option for several reasons besides that it slows metabolism, such as it doesn't increase lymph movement, toxin handling, oxygenation etc., which you'd need in metabolic increase anyway. Metabolic increase requires a higher, more youthful release of HGH human growth hormone; without it impaired growth and recovery prevail as you age, dragging down HGH and skewing other hormonal values. Elevating HGH requires workouts or supplements. I and about 65-75 clients and family members have successfully used SomaLife gHP, an amino acid stack, while others prefer the growth factors in 6 hour colostrum.
