Blockbuster AllClear question for Duncan

Hi Duncan,

My Blockbuster AllClear just arrived. Instructions tell me to take 2

capsules, once a day, half an hour before eating. I plan to take 4 or

6 caps a day to work on my purple blotches from diabetes. Do I take

all the capsules at one time, or space them out, taking 2 at a time,

around the clock? If I space them out, can I take some on an empty

stomach, but not 1/2 hour prior to eating a meal?
