I went more meats/fats and some less starchy vegs for my diet, very similar to

what I had been eating anyway.

I introduced the evco, and I started getting insanely diffusely sort of itchy

antsy inside, even some skin burning.

I have heard of some ppl getting this, even my 7 yr old daughter started to get

very uncomfortable itches and unable to take hot baths etc while on it as it

worsened/triggered the itch.

Anyone go through this, is it a phase, a healing period etc?

Thanks!

Tina

Most likely a bromine or perchlorate detox reaction as iodine causes similar

reactions. Ketones that are boosted by coconut oil have a similar effect to

iodine in the body, however I still recommend supplementing with iodine. There

is plenty of info on the web about it. Dr. Brownsteins sites are a good place to

start. Weldon
