Hey Group - I vote we boycott none-coconut oil postings! Don't read

them, don't forward them, don't encourage them.

I really appreciate all the knowledge shared by this group regarding

coconut oil but I hate sifting through the rest of the postings...

If you could see my inbox you would understand when I beg you: please

keep the postings to information about coconut oil only. I signed up

to this group for that reason.

Thank you!

You do not speak for me! I for one enjoy and learn from OT subjects on this

informed and diversified group. My interests are not entirely limited

coconut oil - I've been here long enough to know everything I will ever need

to know on that subject.

Just click your delete button if you don't think some topics are interesting

enough for you.

/C.

Actually I would suggest that you find a group that likes diversity and

information sharing -- there are plenty out there and you are missing out on

some great stuff if you like that kind of thing. Every blog/forum has it's

topic and that's why people choose to join it. There is nothing in the forum

description that says this will be a political rally site -- can get that

elsewhere if I am interested.

If there is too much junk cluttering up the blog that has nothing to do with

the topic, then why subscribe?

Just consider them an opportunity to hone your coping skills.

Explore your email program beyond its default settings and discover

the joys of filtering, the disadvantages of digest compared to

individual email, and the use of folders.

IOW, people do what they do... deal with it.

I got a chain letter by fax. It's very simple. You just fax a dollar

bill to everybody on the list.

This group allows health related posts as well as coconut related posts.

We do not allow political posts .This group is quite diverse in its politics. We

have members from all over the world. If you wish to speak of health related

topics welcome! There are many with political themes. If you want to

speak politics , find them.

The List Description does NOT limit discussions to only coconut oil

related topics, it specifically includes other topics (that's the 'open'

part of the list name)...

It doesn't even specifically exclude political topics, which I think

should be allowed as they relate to natural health (not that some of the

previous ones I participated in did much)...

THIS goroup likes diversity and information sharing....I joined this particular

group in about 2003 BECAUSE it is an open forum that has specialists in fatty

acids and coconut oil.

We have had posts from Enig, one of the world's foremost bench researchers

in fatty acids, including fatty acids that are not in coocnut oil but are in

other food. We have also had posts from people who are using coconut oil and

other supplements. It would be stupid to curtail a useful part of our

conversation IMO; the body doesn't see wellness as a single food or supplement

and neither should we.

all good,

Duncan
