Hi all, I really hope someone can help me as I have officially progressed to be

scared out of my mind.

I started adding coconut oil to my food daily on Sept 1 of this month. I LOVED

the taste and felt amazing - I already eat 90% organic and exercise 5-6 days a

week, so I wanted to add this in addition to eliminating grains and sugar from

my diet.

On Sept 7, after my morning dose of coconut oil, I had to drive myself to the ER

because I swore I was having a heart attack. It was an epic panic attack, with

my heart rate elevated to over 100 bpm for 6 hours. They did every test they

could and told me I was fine.

I have read here and there about people who did in fact experience a rapid heart

rate/dizziness after consuming the oil -- but no real details and no one says

how long it should last. I quit taking the oil on Sept 8 and here it is, well

over a week later and I am still getting a racing heart at night and during the

day, and intense palpitations.

I was diagnosed borderline hypothyroid 4 years ago, took over the counter

glandulars for the past 1 1/2 years but stopped those too, thinking maybe the

coconut oil gave my thyroid a massive jump in some way.

Is anyone familiar with these kinds of reactions?? Please, if you know of

anything in regards to this kind of reaction please let me know. It is hard for

me to relax now, I am constantly paranoid about this and it's making life

miserable.

Any help is so much appreciated. Thank you
