Bone grafting prior to THR

Hi All. I'm a disappointed and displaced Surface Hippy member now looking for

info. on

THR due to 2 failed resurfacings (first one dislocated immediately following

surgery,

second surgery cup placement too deep limiting ROM. I now need a THR, but need

significant bone grafting in order to have enough bone to attach new cup to.

Anyone have

experience with this? How about the reinforcement ring? Any info? Also, who

are the

best docs doing these complicated revisions - any recommendations?
