Hi Duncan:

We are told to massage our gums with soda bicarbonate as this would alkalinize

the mouth. Belief is that " mouth smelling " bacteria can't grow in alkaline

environment. But my information was the opposite, namely, more the environment

acidic, the more the bacteria are killed.

Please correct. Thanks.

Goat milk contains some casein that is the same as human casein and also

casein that is the same type as cow casein, which hard to digest and creates

sensitivity reactions in many people. The reaction is the most likely reason

people go off " dairy " .

So, cow whey is more easily utilised than goat milk because the casein has been

removed. While goat milk is fairly easy to digest, whey requires almost no

digestion at all. I think the removal of sensitivity-producing proteins is why

whey is used rather than milk solids, even goat or sheep's milk solids, in

infant formula.

A baby that drinks undenatured whey is tremendously advantaged by its

glutathione precursors, which milk has in only a tiny amount.

Overall, an understanding of glutathione science gives one leverage to increase

the family's lifespan and their wellness throughout their lives :)

all good,

Duncan

Ratan, both alkaline and acidic environments beyond their narrow range of

tolerance kill bacteria.

If the mouth is clean, bad breath is most likely due to bowel dysbiosis and/or

slow liver function. Some foods contain aromatics that escape in the breath but

this will be known by the client as being temporary.

Reversing dysbiosis is best done by low-carbing and using a prebiotic such as

inulin and inulin-rich foods as staples, while supporting liver function is best

done with undenatured whey and selenium. Undenatured whey also contains specific

anti-adhesion properties against pathogens in the mouth and gut; these are

detailed here:

If it's a slow liver, a series of liver flushes will probably help. I posted a

good overnight one also on the front page of my site.

all good,

Duncan
