Guest guest
Well, if medical education means nothing, then why characterize someone's opinion as a " first year student " ? But why not let Duncan answer the question? And btw, Dr. Mercola is not a conventional doctor. He is a well respected long-time advocate of alternate methods, and I'm confident he knows quite a bit more than you, me, AND Duncan. I'm very well acquainted with Dr. Mercola - and while I agree he ie very knowledgeable, he is also biased, because he sells the stuff he promotes, which, in my view, taints his opinion pieces whenever they are about some competitors product(s). His opinion piece on whey protein isolates vs concentrates was just a hatchet job - and just plain wrong to boot.
Guest guest
I note that Mercola's first year writers don't put in actual references, heck, no, but you have their opinions anyway We discuss products with a degree of thoroughness on this list precisely so we don't form our opinions as hastily as the author has done. The article might indicate the author is sloppy or does not read much before he writes. And that Mercola only panned it. all good, Duncan > > Well, if medical education means nothing, then why characterize someone's opinion as a " first year student " ?
