Guest guest
I am wondering what the consensus is on the msm, if the flakes are the purest with no additives or if that optimsm was the best, I am unclear. Also, if one feels unwell on this if molybdenum should be taken if the body doesn't convert sulfate well? And any advice for liver phase 2 detoxing without dairy or fruit products (intolerance) Sorry if this is a repeat, I haven't found the brand for the purest msm flakes, reputable companies. Thanks, Tina

Guest guest
Hi Tina: You can try flakes, but they are difficult for me to get down and the difference between flakes and powder does not amount to a hill of beans, really. Continuing with my Grandma's language: I suggest that you not waste much money on this trial though. You are barking up the wrong tree, IMHO. Cheers, Jim I am wondering what the consensus is on the msm, if the flakes are the purest with no additives or if that optimsm was the best, I am unclear. Guest guest
Thanks Jim Do you mean that you don't think msm would really help with my issues? Please add more info if you've got ideas I'm really open to them. I jus figured I have to so something to phase 2 detox going better, but you're probably right, most things I take by mouth upsets my body, but I have to try something(s). Guest guest
Hi Tina: What I meant was that MSM powder is much easier to swallow for me than the flakes and it seems to work just as well for my issues... sorry about the poor wording. I'll try & do better. Cheers, Jim Thanks Jim Do you mean that you don't think msm would really help with my issues? Please add more info if you've got ideas I'm really open to them.
