Liz--Don't know what your notice meant exactly, but i received similar

message from new VA website saying i had reached my quota, please go

back...No idea what happened; but it did make me self-conscious about

visiteing that sight for awhile..I really don't

think that message was meant just for you....anymore than that message

was meant just for me. JUst a mix-up within the software....hopefully.

This type of message comes back to the sender of the message when anyone of the

email boxes of other members are full or otherwise. It is a quirk of email

lists that I wish they would fix.

The message does not come back to the owner or moderators but only to the

sender. Weird, but since when has the Internet and groups made sense.

I have to say though, groups is so much better than smartgroups. Haven't

really tried Google groups.

Testing

Once more having to do a test to see if messages are getting through. No need to reply to this as I will be able to see from the web site if it has.

-The problem is still with Virgin Media. If you phone their helpline

you will get an automated message telling you that if you are having

problems with your email, they are dealing with it - and she says in

a bright. chirpy voice, they will have it up and running again in a

very short time. I have not been able to receive any messages since

last night, when they told me it would be working in the morning DUH.

Hi Sheila,

I had problems with my outlook express for a week or so, but got it completely sorted with Bullguard, taking an hour or so with them taking control of the keyboard & doing it for me. Bullguard does my virus protect etc. I wonder if you have similar problems.

I was having so much trouble with Outlook Express I

changed over to Outlook where I was promised no more problems. Computer Bob

(friend) says this is a BT problem right now and he knew of one other person

who had the same problem as me yesterday. What's Bullguard?

That is my anti-virus etc. I think there were problems with the firewall part of it, which was causing real problems with outlook express.

Yes and no - I suggest you make your own avoid list!

It can be very individual.

All avoid foods will not show up as allergies. I doesn't mean they are good

for you, just that you are not, at that time reacting allergically to them.

These are not symptoms of too much iodine they are symptoms of detoxing. Many have mistaken "iodism" with bromide detoxing. Try some celtic salt and vit c and see if the symptoms ease up. We have yet to see someone "full" on iodine.

testing

It is probably always better to test. But many cannot due to financial constraints. The brassy taste and the very moist and plentiful nasal secretions are symptoms of overdose or of 'now I'm stuffed with iodine' so these can be used instead of testing. Not ideal, of course, but practical and no harm done provided one stops supplementing for a while. You will never get it exact anyway since all things change constantly. imho pj
