Disappointed in this group

I thought this was going to be a group about Coconut Oil, which I am very

interested in. Thought perhaps would have recipe ideas, brand comparisons,

various uses, etc. Instead it seems to be more about cholesterol, various

blenders & advertisements from vendors for various books & /or products.

Unmoderated isn't necessarily a good thing.

You can't have been here very long; all those things are here. Check the

archives. This is a fantastic, knowledgable group.

That is the open forum part...

there have been some recent threads on coconut oil...

a lot has been said over the months this group has been going...

just hang in or ask questions and there will be people

talking more about it...

how about folks share a favorite recipe, if they have one?
