I was able to do my PT at home. The therapist came to my house 3 times

a week for 3 weeks, then I could've gone to outpatient if I needed it,

but he said I didn't. Guess he was right. I went to the store today all

by myself, drove, walked around the store without my cane or anything.

Of course I'm aching right now and can't sleep, but that's beside the

point! lol

Check with your insurance to see what they will allow as far as therapy

is concerned. I didn't want to go to rehab either, but ended up I

didn't have to.
