Guest guest
ACTION ALERT! If you believe your child was damaged by a vaccine, you were probably pretty upset about the whole Homeland Security scandal. That whole mess was started by Senator Frist. WE STOPPED HIM THEN! Now he is at it again (you have to wonder how much money the man gets from the pharmaceutical companies). This time he has introduced a Bill called "The Improved Vaccine Affordability and Availability Act" (S.754). The Bill has been referred to the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions. We must stop this Bill. Why? Well, here are just a few reasons: 1. It require that every thimerosal-injury lawsuit currently pending anywhere in America BE IMMEDIATELY DISMISSED 2. It forces thimerosal injury claims into a bureaucratic administrative program in Washington D.C. that is NOT designed to handle these claims 3. It prohibits any judge from ordering the drug companies to provide the money for desperately needed research and medical monitoring of children exposed to thimerosal 4. It forever deprives any child over the age of 8 of any legal remedy WHATSOEVER, either in the courts or in the federal administrative program 5. It prohibits class action lawsuits related to thimerosal injuries and thimerosal exposure LET'S SHOW SENATOR FRIST THAT MONEY IS NOTHING COMPARED TO THE LOVE AND DEDICATION WE, AS FAMILY MEMBERS, HAVE FOR OUR AUTISTIC LOVED ONES. Write to your senators today and tomorrow. Some of them are probably serving on the committee on health, education, labor and pensions. You can always contact me for a list of the committee members or to get a standard letter to send to your senators. Senator Frist obviously does not care about our children - let's show him that we care enough about his Bills to get them THROWN OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Jane Milota jmwmcm@...
