Guest guest
Can anyone suggest a rebounder, I am looking to get one for my apartment, and i want to get the best one I can for the money. I am aware that Bellicon is the best, but am not in the position to spend that kind of money right now.Looking for something more reasonable, but still good. ThanksŠ Nerio I'd suggest bouncing on a mini-trampoline. all good, Duncan ---
Guest guest
Hi Nerio, I'm very happy with my Needak. I've had it for about 10 years. Guest guest
Hi , Thank you, I have read some nice reviews on the Needak. I am trying to decide between that a Cellerciser or a ReboundAir. Thanks again, Nerio > > >I'm very happy with my Needak. I've had it for about 10 years. >
Guest guest
On another group, someone posted that they discovered a useful alternative for " rebounding " .... one which does not require any equipment. A proven technique so beneficial, that the rebounder sits propped in the corner. It is done in a doorway, securing the hands to the upper door- face molding for support. Then elevating the body up on the toes. This can be done as quickly or as slowly as is convenient.  As you become more proficient, you may choose to drop and relax each arm alternately every 30 seconds and will experience a rather pronounced " rebound effect " in the chest area. Set yourself a goal of higher reps and reach that goal. It certainly is convenient, effective, TIME-SAVING..... and ECONOMICAL. ________________________________ From: Nerio DeLeon <nerio@...>  Can anyone suggest a rebounder, I am looking to get one for my apartment, and i want to get the best one I can for the money. Guest guest
I really like the bungee rebounder at jumpsport.com. It is like the bellicor but way cheaper and longer warranty. I had a coupon for 50 percent off. It was jump50 and had to be entered near the end of the process. I don't know if the coupon still works. If so it will only work once per email address Diane M. We've owned two rebounders, a $50 cheapie and a Needak. The gentleness of the Needak's spring action is well worth the extra cost.

Guest guest
A very good price on the Needak can be had from Donna at www.excellentthings.com. Our Needak was instrumental in helping my wife lose 50 pounds. There is one thing that a good rebounder can do that can't be done by any other exercise equipment that I'm aware of- it will strengthen a weak neck. But before it does, it will really make a weak neck hurt. When I first got ours, less that 5 minutes a day of use made my neck hurt so bad for a week that I thought I had blown my money and damaged my neck worse. Then my neck suddenly strengthened and never returned to its former weakness. That Needak was worth every penny just for that one result. Within 2 weeks I counted my Needak as having paid for itself many times over. DaddyBob

Guest guest
Hi Lyn, Thanks so much for posting this as I had to retire my rebounder due to severe osteoarthritis in one knee and hip. I just tried this and no pain! If you have any more info on this please pass it on. Guest guest
Dee I will have to find their post in the archives and ask them if it is OK to send it to this group. They had gone into great detail, so I know you would appreciate reading what they said. Guest guest
>Hi DaddyBob, How long did it take your wife to lose 50 pounds. Also, what protocol did she follow with the rebounder? Thanks, Nerio< About 8 months. She just bounced as much every day as she could stand or spare time for. She cut out all simple carbs, sugar and alcohol. She ate enough salad to turn into a goat (but she's a pretty goat!). She went hungry. Pretty simple and straightforward. DB
