Guest guest
I always buy the oil that says it was not heated in processing, but had a question about using it to make things like popcorn. Does it matter if you heat it on high heat to cook with or does it destroy nutrients, or even worse, become a carcinogenic as when heating other oils? Why is it best to buy it processed without heat and then it's alright to heat it when cooking? Especially with popcorn that needs it to be heated quite high to work? Does this harm it or you? Thanks, GL
