Guest guest
Dee I have been taking msm since I joined the Crock_Lakhovsky group in January and first learned about it. I get it from PC Networks and I just don't think it has done anything for me. I take a heaping T every day. I have learned to grind it up in the blender into powder and then I can get it down faster so it is a little easier to take. Tho it is still hard to do. I would like to increase it, but it is like injesting peroxide. I can only do that so long. So one scoop a day is all I can manage consistently. Yesterday, I took it with kombucha and it seemed even easier, so that is how I will continue to take it. But I don't think it is going to ever do anything for me. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------\ ------ Hi Lyn, I don't remember if you said you were taking MSM or not. If not you might want to try it: http://www.msm- info.com/ #Parasites It's good for lots of other conditions too - it's not just for arthritis. Best, Dee
Guest guest
If one tablespoonful is not doing the trick, double the amount till you get better. The key issue is to get enough... Young people need less to get results. As we age, we simply absorb less... which is generally the problem in the first place. We are not getting enough organic sulfur to keep our joints in order, so we must supplement. Simple... & simple solution. What is hard about scooping it down till you get enough? >I have been taking msm since I joined the Crock_Lakhovsky group in January and first learned about it.
