what is your favorite cough and cold remedy?

Hi Everybody,

I have been sick for about a week now. I woke up this morning and my eyes were

practically glued shut. I have never experienced that before. I applied a warm

compress to clean the goo and wonder what else I could do. My left eyelid is

very puffy and both eyes are red, so I guess that means I have conjunctivitis.

My most annoying symptom has been a dry cough. And of course I have the usual

nose blowing that comes with a cold.

So I am wondering what remedies you use for these ailments? Any suggestions are

greatly appreciated. I couldn't do oil pulling effectively because of the cough.
