This is not a health issue but there's still 8 feet of snow pack to melt and

feed the floods, and you can bet the gov., like the Japanese gov., will not want

to alarm citizens if it starts leaking radiation.

No doubt many of the residents are hanging around the periphery of the flooding,

waiting to go back when it subsides; I suggest going much farther for the time

being.
