Guest guest
Supporting detox pathways includes regular elimination... ideally we should be like a dog or an infant who when they take in food, they also eliminate... We really should be having 3 movements a day... our colon can hold up to 5 meals in it...but that is definitely not optimal... I use probiotics and a product called col-eez 2.... these kinds of products are not all created equal... the col-eez 2 s very gentle...works over night... d From: kachinacreek <kachinacreek@...> Subject: Re: weight Coconut Oil Date: Friday, February 4, 2011, 2:18 PM Â Perhaps your body is releasing toxins that your liver/kidney/lymph are not keeping up with. Could be that one or more of them were sluggish to begin with or could be that they are a bit overwhelmed with a sudden influx and it is causing a bit of a back up for your system. If this sounds like a possibility then supporting the detox pathways might help. > > , > > > > Whatever made you gain weight was not the coconut oil.
