Marenda, did you buy a concentrate or isolate? Isolates are generally well

tolerated even by the severely milk-sensitive, so you may be able to benefit

from it yet :)

Your doctor could also prescribe a glutathione nebuliser to alleviate the lung

irritation and airway restriction. It won't hit the cells as evenly as a

precursor would but it may be useful.

all good,

It says Whey Protein Concentrate and Isolate (milk) (microfiltered,

non-denatured) 19 g.

My group uses Nutriteck's isolate whey powder and no-one has experienced any

problems. There are a few super-sensitive and some

milk intolerant people in my group, that seem to be O.K. with the isolate.

One person " experimented " with a lower priced isolate and concentrate

mix and could not tolerate it at all!

Hope you figure out what the issue is.

Blessings to all.

No wonder though that Nutritek suggests a 10-gram serving, with a cost of $38.40

for 300 grams :)

Several good isolates cost less than 1/5 of that and don't trigger reactions.

This Immune Max isolate for example is $31.50 for 1500 grams; 1500 grams of

Nutritek isolate would cost $192.00! http://www.bayho.com/p/360010.html

Whey concentrates and isolates are also used for rebuilding, which a 50-gram

serving might help with and 10 grams is less likely to do.

Duncan you are quoting the wrong price. That price is for the WPI-90S.

It is not what we purchase.

It is not the pure un-denatured whey powder isolate.

That comes in bulk #WPI-95,

1500 servings @ $360.00 per 33 Lbs bag

Marenda,

I also have the violent cough that wouldn't go away. It would stay out if i

take an ounce colloidal silver with three drops of dmso, oregano oil, black seed

oil, lobellia and echinacea-golden seal capsules. If i forget to take the

colloidal silver with dmso, the cough comes back. I was told by the owner of

oleander group to persist in treating it as this kind of cough has been going

around. We are not alone.

Nick, yes, $10 per pound is more in line with the other good isolates :)

....are the people using Nutritek WPI95 low dosing with 1-2 10-gram servings or

35-50 grams per serving? I've seen that people report they respond better to 70

grams a day than 35.

That is great news yours is gone. Don't know colloidal silver, if you take

the wrong kind it can turn you blue.

Marenda the Dr. will find that Immunocal is well tolerated by severely

milk-sensitive individuals by looking that one up in his Physicians Desktop

Reference for prescription drugs (under glutathione building). Other isolates

are similarly well tolerated.

Hey Duncan, the doctor act as if he had no clue what a glutathione nebuliser is,

also he doesn't like the oil pulling because he said even if I split it out some

oil would still be swallowed.

So he has put me back on oxygen and gave me an antibiotic " Azithromycin " for 5

days. At this point I am desperate for relief so I will try all, the

supplements, oxygen and antibiotic.

Thanks for your help.

Marenda,

This is food for thought to an Internet posting in the

< My question: can a bromine cough last this long? She has no fever and

her lungs are clear. >

Comment:

The answer is yes ! As long as the Pneumogastric Nerve ( The X

Cranial , Vagus or Wandering Nerve ) is aggravated by irritants in the

gastrointestinal tract. The persistent cough is mediated by this nerve (

Pneumo : lung and Gastric :stomach ) which innervates both the respiratory

organs and the stomach.

Stimulation of either of these organs has reciprocal manifestation. For

instance, gastric irritation may provoke coughing and respiratory infection

may reciprocally cause gastric symptoms - nausea and vomiting.

In other words, your daughter's persistent cough is the little voice

of the Abominal Brain telling you that all is not well in her

gastrointestinal tract. This phenomenon , I often encounter in outpatient

clinic particularly with hysterically tense patients.

I have managed patients with persistent cough throughout their

pregnancy without medication but with the reassurance that the irritating

cough will taper off after delivery. This is the Uterine cough noted in some

of my antenatal patients.

The pneumogastric cough or vomitting :The little voice in

your stomach

http://www.wellbeing.com.au/article/Features/Body-Health/The-abdominal-brain_279

The index of suspicion of allergy is high with your

pneumogastric

reactions.

With regards

lew

Lew,

I think you are so correct. Two weeks ago, i suffered stomach upset with mild

diarrhea. The following day, i started to cough even with no runny nose or

cold. I woke up with my sinus and face feeling so plugged up so i had to snort

and cough up the mucous. Then the cold disappeared, but two days later it came

back and it is like this like a seesaw for three weeks now. I notice it comes

back if i go outside the house for a long time.

Marenda, the doctor could be induced to look up a prescription glutathione

spray, and you can easily make your own as well.

This is a google search on " glutathione nebuliser " :

<http://tinyurl.com/glutathione-nebuliser>

Here's a comment about a compounding company that knows more about it:

http://www.prohealth.com/me-cfs/blog/boardDetail.cfm?id=1057721

" For the record, my doctor phoned in a prescription for both the nebulizer and

the glutathione from the following compounding pharmacy:

Key Pharmacy (800-878-1322). This is in/near Seattle. "

Here's a compounder in Australia that makes it:

http://www.custommedicine.com.au/health-articles/glutathione/

You can also take glutahtione suppositories.

all good,
