I'm going to cancel the playgroup for today...I didn't have any

responses. If anyone would be able to help me get this group started

it’s in the middle of my kids’ nap time, and it’s awfully far

away for us. Maybe you should try

talking to the library and your local sped preschool to get some advertising in

your area for people?

Hi Debbie,

That is a good idea. I sent flyers to my son's school the week before the first meeting and I forgot to include them this time.

Over the last month I placed flyers at the library itself and a few others around. I also posted a flyer in a coffee shop. (Areabica.) and a recreation center. It is very odd to me that I didn't get any responses since then. I've worked very hard on this. I thought there was a need for this kind of group. I'm not sure of what to do. I have the room booked till fall this year. I really would like to have some moms to get together with in my area. I know we wouldn't have much time to talk at the playgroup but I was going to start a parent night out from the playgroup so we can talk more.
