Just got my latest numbers for the cholesterol after a concerted effort eating

VCO and MCT... since the last test

The LDL went up 2 pts... 90 to 92

The HDL went up 4 pts.. 55 to 59

Triglycerides were like 37 or 47 I forget...

At any rate, all the number are good..... I was especially hoping that the

good HDL would be up....

so my HDL/LDL ratio is above the .4 good... it .56

I am happy.

Still waiting for the MSM to perform its miracles.... its been 5 days now... ;)
