Guest guest
I have seen on labels is this a good thing or is the cocnut oil damaged. I often see companies list several oils i.e.may contain some canola, soy, cotton, and palm or coconut oil. I as a consumer don't like that it is not definitely labled as which is used. Guest guest
Fractionated coconut oil is much the same as purified " MCT oil " used in most of the research, which often studied the most health-giving part of coconut oil rather than the whole oil. I don't see the product as damaged, more like purified to extract the " healthiest " fraction. It is different than VCO though. all good, Duncan > > I have seen on labels is this a good thing or is the cocnut oil damaged.
