Hi Everyone,

I thought I would tell you about this because I never heard of this place and found it by just passing by a shopping center and saw the sign. It's called "The Little Gym". The one we attend is in Twinsburg and I think there is one in North Olmstead. It's worth the ride to travel there. I had been looking for a gym type of program that would be suitable for my son to do on weekends or after pre-school hours for something to fill his time with.

There is a really nice Gym for toddlers and pre-schoolers that have wonderful programs that help children with 1 -2 step directions and turn taking in a gymnastics or sports type of class. I enrolled my son in the pre-schoolers class for this coming summer. We visited a class for free and he was allowed to participate in it. He seemed to really enjoy it. They said the summer classes are much smaller in size than the other seasons are. So it won't be so confusing for my son. In each class the staff work with each child with each station activity one by one, the parent is allowed to assist their child with the program if needed. They also have infant-toddler/parent classes for activities.

One thing is though, it may be overwhelming for children who are over stimulated by colors and sounds. This place is beautifully colored with so many nice murals all over the walls. *This is a great place for children who need alot of sensory input. Visual and audio. You can try any class for free to see how your child will do.

*Your child may really enjoy this gym if he/she enjoys colorful videos, enjoys music and is ok being around other children.
