Guest guest Posted January 8, 2008 Report Share Posted January 8, 2008 Sabra, I also go to Curves. I will say that there is a particular machine that hurts me there still and I don't use it. It's the one where you sit on a chair and there are two rollers that you put your legs between and you pull up and push down. That one made my kneecap feel like it was coming off. So if you're using that machine, don't. Just sit in the chair and stretch out your legs and do point and flex with your feet as a substitute. All the other machines don't hurt me. I never had trouble with the stretching. And, a wet winter will make your arthritis flare up. I do still take two of the 650 mg time-release Tylenol every day for all the other arthritis issues.
