Dandelion leaf tincture is good for a source of vit d in the winter...

as well as some B vits too...

Carlson also has D3 in gelcaps that is from lanolin, so no oil to spoil

(I use their 4,000iu size)...

Does dandelion leaf tincture contain Vitamin D2 or D3? How many IUs per dose?
