What if something happens to me while my child is still young? What if something happens to me and I can't communicate my wishes for my child? These questions are of great importance for parents of children with disabilities. Its' never too late or early to plan for your child's future. Parents who are looking ahead will want to sign up for a series of workshops sponsered by the Cuyahoga County Board of MR/DD. The workshop is titled "Preparing for the future". Two locations and dates: Rocky River Adult Activities Center 20120 Detroit Rd (Between Wagar and Lakeview, accross from St. .) The four-part series will run Wednesdays Sept 8-29 from 6-9pm. Register by August 31, 2004 ~~~ ~~~ ~~~ ~~~ Maple Heights Adult Activities Center 14775 Broadway Avenue (South of I-480 and north of Libby Rd.) The four-part series will run Wednesdays Oct. 6-27 from 6-9pm Register by Septermber 28, 2004 and Carol Culley, life planners serving people with disabilities adn their families are the workshop presenters, along with other experts in legal and financial planning, including Janet Lowder, Ausprunk, and .
