I think you are doing fine. To go from 77 degrees to 93 in a week is

good. Use lots of ice and take something (meds) an hour before the PT

if you think you need it. It took me two to three months to get the

min-flexure. Most places want 100-110 degrees and 0 degrees before

they stop the PT. Once you get to 100 try getting on a bike and see

how the feels. You might need to adjust the seat.

Don thanks for the advice. I am open to any and all advice as I

want to have a successful recovery and be able to function well and

without pain. I tell my Therapist to push me as hard and she thinks

necessary. I am trying to walk a mile a day and exercise at home 2

times a day. Some days I feel I may have over done it so I back off a

little until the next day. Thanks again Don. JJ
