Guest guest
JJ I think you are doing fine. To go from 77 degrees to 93 in a week is good. Use lots of ice and take something (meds) an hour before the PT if you think you need it. It took me two to three months to get the min-flexure. Most places want 100-110 degrees and 0 degrees before they stop the PT. Once you get to 100 try getting on a bike and see how the feels. You might need to adjust the seat. Guest guest
Don thanks for the advice. I am open to any and all advice as I want to have a successful recovery and be able to function well and without pain. I tell my Therapist to push me as hard and she thinks necessary. I am trying to walk a mile a day and exercise at home 2 times a day. Some days I feel I may have over done it so I back off a little until the next day. Thanks again Don.
