Guest guest
Matt, Typically, MUA is done in an outpatient surgicenter, but if you are in an area where this is not available then it can be done in a hospital. My understanding is that most plans will reimburse for the procedure. Bob Gordon has considerable expertise in the area of creating liaisons with hospitals. As I understand it, this is a very political issue and a difficult status to attain. Also, what is insurance reimbursement like for us to do MUA. Matt Terreri, DCOregonDCs rules:1. Guest guest
Is this procedure done as outpatient? I suppose it depends on the surgeon. I have hear it being done as inpatient and out patient. What was the recovery like? Will I need go return to the walker rather than cane?
