It puts me in more of a knee vulnerable state but that is wear I SHOULD be most vulnerable since that is where the muscles should be needing strengthening. Being ficitious again, maybe now instead of noticing ankle braces in the shoe store I should be noticing knee braces or full ankle to knee braces. I tend to be very flexible which now makes this more challenging (more fearing). HaHa but not so ha ha, I am sure my PT would totally disagree and tell me to just regain my patience that all will work out as iit did before with my hip when i thought things seemed bleak.
