Looking for any parents in adjacent counties to Medina who can fill me in on whether or not they receive CAFS funding, how old their child is, and how they are allowed to use the funding. Particularly I am interested in Cuyahoga county. I am not looking to move...just to make my county more accountable for their current disbursement of funds (currently they designate CAFS to essentially adult/late teen work programs...leaving children out of the loop completely.)
