Yes, too much oxidative stress and inflammation from bad fats (canola

and other polyunsaturates, etc.) and refined carbs. But not

beneficial cholesterol and saturated fats.

Plaque blockages contain a very high percentage of randid dietary unsaturated

oils. 74% of it was unsaturated and polyunsaturated oils.

Blockages arise from rancidifying plant oils. The solution is to reduce those

oils to lower than inflammation level, and use antioxidant techniques to keep it
