Sorry, I have removed this member several times - they join and try to

post spam which I have deleted but apparently they found a new way to

annoy the group.... I have deleted this event... and will remove this

member.... AGAIN.... in their " wisdom " took out the " ban

members " option... *** sigh ***

Supposedly, if you dig into 's help files, there is a way for the

moderator to turn off the calendar function which is where this advertising

is originating from. Thats part of the settings for the Group. Right now

its open to all members to post to, if closed only the moderator can use.

Hi Margaret, I just wanted to tell you or anyone in group to be careful when using a cane :-( I was mopping the dinning room floor under the table because my daughters dog Mason was peeing under their I guess she thought no one would see it I moped it one time and was ok then I was mopping it a second time so the dogs wouldn't smell it well I don't know way I was using my cane to help mop the floor usually I hold on to the table or the couch well my cane slipped on the wet spot and I fell against the dinning room table which had a glass top I hit the back of my head I was lucky my Daughter was home making supper and she said she just looked at me I was fine and then I fell well she check my head it was bleeding she said I needed a Dr and I might need stitches well we went to one of those health clients they are open 24 hrs and closer then a Hospital well we went in my daughters car we called my son and he came

No they didn’t. Click on “members” from the home page

and it’s at the top right-hand area above the listing of members. It’s

not in management, not sure why, but it is still there. I just ended up having

to use it on one of my other groups twice in the last two days for spammers.

Thanks, I know how to do it but do not have the powers to edit group set up right now. I am not the owner... just the moderator. I have a letter in to the owner asking if we can set the membership of this group to "approve members" - that has managed to stop spammers in all of the 14 groups I do own....
