Guest guest
Well, you may be right Alobar, but if you check the records of our past encounters I think you will find that he manages, in some way or another, to have the last word - often with an insult. And he does this to nearly everyone who challenges him - not just to me. You are one of the few exceptions because you permit his behavior, no matter how disrespectful or obnoxious he can sometimes be. I have had a number of members correspond with me privately about their unhappiness with his behavior and with your utter blindness in that regard. Btw, where were you when he called me an asshole? And while you're at it you can check as to whether I had the last word with , who seems to be in a contest with Duncan to see who can be the most insulting. So do you want me to respond to Duncan's last post or not? So far he has had the last word but seems to relish pursuing the matter of " myths " . Or haven't you gotten to that one yet? I await your approval (or not) but if so will probably wait until tomorrow anyway as I'm planning on retiring for the night. Dee > > Duncan, > > > > Craig speaks for all who have given up participating in the discussions due to your bullying tactics and attempts to drown everyone out and dominate every discussion. This list is about Coconut Oil, yet you belittle it every chance you get in order to promote your own personal protocol - plus the MLM products you either are (or were) associated with in the past. Yes undenatured whey is good. I use it. Yes, selenium is good. I use it. Yes, butter is good. I use that too. And inulin is good for some but not for others. We get all that. But none of those things is a substitute for coconut oil, which has so many uses. > > > > And Craig is absolutely right. Whenever your opinions are challenged you resort to twisting what was presented in order to win the argument. And you ALWAYS have to have the last word no matter. ly, it was really nice not to have you around this morning as many of the posts were quite informative and welcome. So go ahead - hit me with your usual insulting reply. I can take it. > > > > Dee > > >
Guest guest
Those that have such an elevated opinion of themselves rarely see the truth. > > > > > > That's true only in your opinion. As you often do, you have mistated or twisted what was presented, but that's OK. Some of us just get tired of your inane rants. You can be a hero in your own mind. > > Craig >
Guest guest
Thank you Theta! My dad taught me at a young age not to take crap from anyone - especially a bully - but I can sure use the encouragement about now. Thanks a mil. Guest guest
I did say I prefer butter, that I take 1/2 can coconut cream in the whey shakes, and the glyconutrient pudding recipe also uses coconut cream; it is about 8 years old I figure it's enough to supply some MCT oils to add to the profile of butter. all good, Duncan > > Darling Dee, > > I do remember him saying at one time he doesn't even use coconut oil. Guest guest
Please do NOT egg-on this totally non-productive thread. Guest guest
The difficulties between you and Duncan are irritating to me. The same material comes up over and over again. You two do not seem to like one another. But the on-going nattering at one another has induced other list members to side with you or Duncan. Such polarization may compel me to put the entire list on moderated status. I do not have the time or energy for that. This list is not about choosing sides or gaining more support from other members who also do not add anything of substance to the conversation thread. This list is getting more posts than ever before. I am taking members off moderated status than ever before. For the past several years, a busy month had ~500 posts. This past February we had over 800, and March is already up to nearly 600. Some folks are leaving the list, but not all that many. For now, I am asking both you and Duncan to be civil to one another, and not to keep going over the exact same squabble, again and again. I find the squabbling to be tiresome. If I were not a moderator here, I would just stop reading threads where there is so much squabbling. But as a moderator, I need to keep tabs on list activity. Guest guest
I am new to this list but am finding the posts tiresome although interesting. I hope that the number of posts declines or I will have to leave. Guest guest
Well It is of course up to you how much time and effort you want to invest in your personal well being. There is knowledge available, on this list and exceptionally friendly advice. Elsewhere many claim expertise for a price - doctors with only rudimentary eduction, profit motivated Big Pharma amongst others. If you can't help yourself or take advantage of the info bank available here and on other social forums then imo you are indeed doomed. Why did you join the list - what's the problem? If you are having trouble reading all the posts then most mail readers have filters so that you can specify the posts received that you are particularly interested in, sending the rest to trash, automatically thus relieving you of your claimed so tired some aspect. May I ask if it has ever occurred to you that each and every post to these lists are composed by an individual who is either looking for help or is trying to help. As indeed so was yours. May I ask how you intend to contribute?.... Or if you are as desperate as you come across and really need some help? Most here will try hard to support you - you don't need to threaten us with leaving to grab our attention, mostly we are nice people. Please honour us with your continued presence....... 2011/3/16 Churchward <cindy@...> > I am new to this list but am finding the posts tiresome although > interesting. Guest guest
Now why in the world do you call yourself Old Grumpy? That's the nicest thing I've heard all day - and you've totally convinced me to change my ways. For a little while anyway - pugnacious little brat that I am at 73 :-) Sleep well, Dee > > > > > But as a moderator, I need to keep tabs on list activity. > > > > > > Alobar > > > > > > > >
