Hmmm... the NOW brand organic that I bought does have a slightly sweet

taste, so I guess it falls into that category... I'm hoping that this

type will still get the job done?

The NOW is pure powder, and does in fact resemble sugar, although it is

finer (closer to, but not quite as fine as powdered sugar)...
