Guest guest
Another small miracle Last evening when putting my son to bed I decided to talk to my son about what we did together that day. I started by saying what a good we had today. He was there with eye contact and attention off and on. Although I didn't know if he understood what I was saying. I began describing what we did and one thing we did was go to the mall and there was beautiful carousal that they had installed for rides. As I was talking I said "and at the mall you got to ride the horseys" and he said "Merry go round." I was so surprised "I said yes, the Merry-go-round." I rejoiced in that moment! That was all he said but it was very nice and I was thinking he might know more than I thought he knew. As it was I was just taking a risk and if he didn't respond that would be ok and he really surprised me because he knew what I was talking about at least in part. ~ n Mom to Davey 5 years, GFCF & Feingold 2 1/2 years, SCD 6 mo.
