Marie,

I was glad for the outcome of my decision to leave it up to my ortho surgeon

to decide after he showed me with the first implant that he was working on

putting in for both hip and knee what he thought might be best for my

individual situation. I kniw I have titanium in both of my implants. i am

not sure how much is titanium and how much is ceramic though. I am also not

sure but think you might be talking about just one company's brand name for

one of their products that utilizes ceramic as one of it's implant components.

Marie,

I have a ceramic on ceramic implant, and its 16 years old. I was 40 when I

had it done, and 56 now.
