Guest guest Posted August 19, 2003 Report Share Posted August 19, 2003 Hi Everyone, Jody sent this recipe to me and it is very yummy that kids will likely love. A Good GFCF/SCD/Feingold safe recipe. (Unless there is an allergy to egg honey or coconut.) Coconut Egg Omlette 1 egg 2 TBL Honey 4 TBL Dried Coconut shreds. (must be without added ingredients, not sulfered, no added suger.) (Wild Oats carrys' this type.) Mix egg and honey well then add coconut shreds. Use a dab of Palm oil shortening (if you prefere as a pan lubracant.) It takes a bit of a while to cook through. The shreds will puff up and it comes out tasting abit like a pancake! It's really good. Don't worry about it falling apart. Just scramble it if it does. Its yummy in any form.
