Hi Everyone,

For those of you that are in metal detox program or going to in the future.

This is what I have been starting to do before my son gets to chelation time. I have been trying to eliminate metals from my son's diet. In addition to no more canned goods and I am so excited to tell you that I was experimenting and came up with a great way to cook with glass.

For hard boiled eggs I boil eggs with purified water inside of a glass bowl with a glass lid on that bowl in a big Stainless Steel pot I cover the big pot with paper towels and a lid to absorb any SS metal that might go up in the steam. Make sure the water in the glass bowl is very hot to the touch before putting the eggs in to cook. Cooking time is about 20 minutes.

For scrambled eggs, I place the eggs on top of a baking dish for pies. I place the pie dish over top of a stainless steel skillet and add 1/2 skillet with water and steam cook the eggs that are on the pie dish. It WORKS!!! YEA and it only takes about 5 minutes to heat the water to boiling and a few more minutes to begin cooking eggs on the glass pie dish. I also cover the pie dish with the glass skillet lid to keep the heat in. The eggs only takes about 5-7 minutes longer than regular skillet cooking. But it is worth the while if you are wanting to eliminate all the metal you can think of.

PS. forward this to anyone that might be interested. you may post this to any other groups to help anyone interested.
