Guest guest
@Cheryl: Same thing with my ex's father; the low-fat diet they put him on failed to empty his gallbladder and that precipitated the gallstones over 4-5 years. This dietary intervention went on to produce continual issues, a bad gallbladder job and finally pancreatic cancer, all under his doctor's supervision. My current wife has shown a similar pattern to yours. She was diagnosed with fibro in 1994 and had her gallballder removed in 2000. I suggest low carbing for fibromyalgia. A high carb diet usually results in bowel disiorders and produces more toxins that aggravate the fibromyalgia through biological/metabolic suppression and " oxidative stress " , which drives disease progress. Fibro is one of the oxidative stress disorders that are aggravated by dysbiosis. Inulin reduces dysbiosis even when the carbs are maintained in some people, but I wouldn't test the approach on someone with any degree of dysbiosis, which nearly always also involves candida. In about 10 years I have gained a good understanding of dysbiosis and my inulin references are #1 ranked by Gooogle. all good, Duncan > >
