A strict anti-candida diet with undenatured whey and selenium, plus inulin, will

get you to the right weight. The reason is that it is almost completely devoid

of high carbohydrate foods and a little higher in saturated fat, which increases

metabolic rate. You can eat pretty much all you can hold on such a diet and

probably still get to the right weight.

In a strict anti-candida diet you'll avoid exotic grains and some of the

high-carb roots as well as most fruit, all grains, most digestible sugars

(except glyconutrients that can't be burned by you OR candida), all digestible

starches. A higher ratio of indigestible starches, inulins and such stabilizes

blood sugar swings and releases energy more slowly than sugar and starch do.

Dietary coconut oil, primarily MCT saturated fat, has helped a lot of people

lose weight. Some are or were hypothyroid. Join and find out more:

Coconut Oil

Adrenal fatigue and suppressed thyroid often go together as the result of

chronic bowel dysbiosis. When the bowel ecology produces fewer stressing toxins

it turns out that the adrenals don't need to produce so much adrenaline and

cortisol after all and the thyroid can keep up too.

If you want to lose weight and live longer, don't be sedentary. If you're too

overweight or fatigued to move much, rebounding will help especially if you have

edema. It moves lymph 14 times better than jogging and tones up everything that

moves during the bouncing.

all good,
